- Crank engine, engine sounds like it has no compression. Someone told them it needed a fuel pump. Check fuel pressure. Fuel pressure is good. Battery is weak. Install battery box for testing. Check ignition system. Check spark plugs. Flooded. Check compression. Cylinder. 1-125, 2-75, 3-125, 4-150, 5-60, 6-100. Add oil to cylinders with low compression. Compression came up. Check fuel quality & volume. Fuel injectors failed. Rec. to replace all 6 fuel injectors. Push vehicle outside while Fred debated to repair or replace the vehicle.
- Valves have a lot of carbon on them
- Change Engine oil and oil filter. Check Engine air filter. Check fluid levels and tire pressures. Lubricate and check chassis
- Reset Maintenance Light in Dash
- Test Anti-freeze: -34*
- Watch data. Scan system for codes. Cylinder # 1 misfire. Test ignition coil # 1 ignition coil is defective. Replace coil. Clear code. Test drive again.
- Adjust right front fender so door does not hit fender when opening
- Free retest within 30 days @ Weaver's Garage 2nd emission test failed on 2-10-25
- Write emission waiver after emission test failed 2 times after repairs
- Brake Measurements: LF.7B RF.7B LR.8B RR.8B Tire Measurements: LF.9 RF.9 LR.8 RR.8 ** Battery tests weak
- Check & adjust all tire pressures to factory specifications
- Vehicle set a check engine light PO420 Catalytic Efficiency CAT's may be failing.
- Lateral Link – R&R Upper to Lower – Right Rear
- Check Tire Pressure, Wheel Run – Out, & Front Suspension Components, Check Present Alignment Condition and Align Front & Rear Toe Settings To Specification Adjust right rear camber & both front camber Relearn Steering Angle Sensor
- Replace Both Front Wiper Blades
- Side Marker Bulb – R&R – Right Rear
