- Test on Scanner Found 3 Codes: P0440 – Evaporative Emission Control System Malfunction P0441 – Evap Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow P0450 – Evap Emission Control Pressure Sensor Malfunction Run Data Tests – Troubleshoot Stored Codes Check IATN Web Site & Tech Service Bulletins Smoke Test evap system. Found leak detection pump is not sealing. Purge solenoid is working right now but there is a code in system. Recommend replace leak detection pump & solenoid valve. Clear codes & remove all test equipment
- LEAK DETECTION PUMP – R&R
- PURGE CONTROL SOLENOID – R&R
- Install New Brake Pads, Clean Caliper Pins & Slides * We recommend to replace brake rotors when replacing brake pads to eliminate noise issues when braking *
- Replace Both Front Brake Rotors
- Found radiator has slight leak Add sealant & coolant to system *** Note: Check coolant level regularly ***
- Please keep tires rotated every 6,000 miles, for longer tire life
- Replace Both Front Wiper Blades
- CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace
- Replace Engine Air Filter
- Change Engine oil and oil filter. Check Engine air filter. Check fluid levels and tire pressures. Lubricate and check chassis
- Reset Maintenance Light in Dash
